Planning estimate: two drinks per guest in the first hour, then one per additional hour. Actual needs vary by guest preferences, beverage types, and event schedule. This is a stocking guide, not a recommendation for individual consumption. We'll refine quantities with you.Do you provide the alcohol?
Clients purchase and supply the alcohol. We handle service and provide mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment. We can help with beverage planning and recommendations for sourcing your drinks.
Where do you serve?
We serve McAllen, Harlingen, Brownsville, and South Padre Island. Tell us your venue or event location so we can include any travel details in your custom quote.
What can you serve on tap?
Our current Piaggio has four taps for options such as draft beer, wine, Prosecco, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. We'll work with you to plan a menu suited to your event and the tap setup.
Is the six-tap electric cart available yet?
Our six-tap electric cart is coming soon. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll share the latest availability information. No launch date is currently announced here.
How do we reserve our date?
Start by sending an inquiry. Once we've confirmed availability and your package, a signed contract and 50% deposit secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Deposits are nonrefundable; rescheduling is subject to availability.
Can the bar be used indoors?
Yes, with suitable venue access and space. The current Piaggio is approximately 10 feet long, 5 feet wide, and just over 6 feet tall. Share your venue details so we can check access before booking.
Do you carry insurance and provide glassware?
We carry general and liquor liability coverage. Premium disposable drinkware is included; we can recommend rental vendors if you prefer glassware. Clients arrange any permits required for their event.
